Six months ago Czech biker Michael Beran was at the top of his game. Then at a competition in Mexico his signature trick, the 360 bike flip to tailwhip, went wrong and he tore his ACL.
Not one to take injury sitting down, he was back on his bike in no time shooting video but, unsurprisingly, managed to re-injure himself. Now he's serious about his recovery and he's in the gym every other morning working the pull-up bar like a mad man.
Follow Michael as he prepares mentally and physically for the big moment when he steps back onto a bike and returns to the high risk/high reward world of the professional BMXer.
